For local charities and voluntary organisations

AegisX helps local charities build the infrastructure their ambition deserves.

We work alongside charity leaders on the decisions that shape how well an organisation serves the people who rely on it, from safeguarding and governance to the systems and digital tools that let good work grow.

AegisX was founded by a serving charity chief executive with experience of working with both local and national charities and leading services funded and commissioned by government, health and local authorities.

Digital tools

Tools shaped by the problems charities face every day

Each of our tools began with a real problem inside a working charity, and each is ready to use now, set up around your organisation's own policies and ways of working.

AegisOne is a case management system for safeguarding concerns and the services a charity delivers, keeping each person's record and the support they receive in one secure place.

Organisations build their own interventions, collecting the information that matters to their work, and measure progress using a library of established outcome measures or ones they design themselves.

AegisRecruit is built around safer recruitment standards, taking a charity from raising and approving a vacancy to the checks that must be complete before someone starts, so the people responsible for safeguarding can see exactly where each appointment stands.

Every stage is recorded, so managers and trustees can see that the right checks were made at the right time, and the system can be set up around your own roles, approval steps and branding.

AegisVoice turns speech and recorded audio into clear written notes, transcripts and summaries, running entirely on your organisation's own computers rather than in the cloud. Teams can add their own note templates and vocabulary, so case notes follow a consistent house style and colleagues who find writing slow or difficult have real support.

That matters for the kind of information charities handle. A safeguarding disclosure or a conversation about someone's health is never passed to an outside AI provider, so it stays under your organisation's control and within the data protection arrangements you already have.

AegisARC is a contextual safeguarding platform that gives the organisations working with young people in one area a shared, living map of the places and spaces where risk and support gather, so a youth club, a school and a counselling service can see what the others are noticing and respond together.

It is grounded in contextual safeguarding principles, recognising that many of the risks young people face sit outside the home. Each organisation keeps its own records private, and the platform can securely recognise when more than one organisation is working with the same young person, without either seeing the other's records. When that happens it lets them know, so they can connect at an earlier stage, share information through the proper channels and coordinate wraparound support.

Built around your organisation

When nothing here or on the wider market fits the way your service runs, we can design and build a tool around your own workflow, working closely with the people who will use it from the first conversation onwards.

We stay involved once it is live, so the tool keeps pace with your organisation as it changes.
